The Core Project offers tailored and personalised pilates-focused training for each unique individual. No body is the same and therefore we believe no training session should be the same. People train with The Core Project because they are looking for a training program that has been developed for them, for their unique fitness level, specific goals and unique injuries. Sessions combine reformer pilates, mat pilates, TRX, light dumbbells and resistance training to result in dynamic and functional training programs designed specifically for YOU.

Training Options
The Core Project offers private and semi private training sessions creating programs tailored for each individual. Each instructor has been trained in The Core Project Method which focuses on developing the inner core strength then building and strengthening the larger supporting muscles. Focus areas and the specific way these muscles are trained comes down to each individual's goals, resulting in a unique training session created just for you.
PRIVATE
